Unfortunately, NO!
A registered dog is a purebred that has been recognized for instance by the Canadian Kennel Club. To register a dog, it must be possible to trace the animal's lineage and demonstrate that the ancesters were also purebred. Unfortunately, proof of health is not reuqired to be issued a registration certificate. They are considered two separate things that you must discuss with your breeder.
